HoodCar branding, index methodology, and derived analytics are owned by Hood Intelligence Corp. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute HoodCar content except as expressly permitted (e.g., API license, attribution on Pro/Enterprise tiers).
HoodCar is provided “as is” without warranty. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Hood Intelligence Corp. is not liable for losses from investment or purchasing decisions based on our content, indices, or API output.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
