HoodCar Corp operates hoodcar.com and related tools, including HoodCar Terminal. Some links on our site and in our apps point to eBay.com and other retailers, and are monetized through affiliate programs. This page explains exactly how that works — and what we never do.

What this means

If you click an eBay link from HoodCar and complete a qualifying purchase on eBay, HoodCar may receive a commission from eBay through the eBay Partner Network (EPN). This does not change the price you pay on eBay.

You always review and complete checkout yourself. HoodCar does not place orders on eBay or any other site for you. Checkout always happens on the retailer, after you review the listing. We do not use automated agents to buy on your behalf.

What HoodCar does not do

We do not place orders on eBay (or anywhere) for you.
We do not auto-redirect you to a purchase without a clear, deliberate click.
We do not use bots or AI agents to check out on your behalf.
We do not change the price, availability, or terms set by the seller.

Our relationship with eBay

HoodCar is an independent publisher in the eBay Partner Network. We are not owned by, operated by, or officially endorsed by eBay Inc. Prices and availability are set by eBay sellers. eBay is a trademark of eBay Inc.

Other affiliate partners

Beyond eBay, HoodCar may also earn commissions through other affiliate programs — including the Amazon Associates Program (for cards, supplies, and accessories) and Whatnot (for live breaks). As an Amazon Associate, HoodCar earns from qualifying purchases. The same rule applies everywhere: you click knowingly, you review, and you complete checkout yourself.

HoodCar Marketplace is separate

Purchases made directly on HoodCar Market (our own peer-to-peer marketplace) are not affiliate transactions. Those are handled through Stripe checkout with HoodCar's standard platform fee, and are unrelated to eBay or the eBay Partner Network.
